Hi Lucas, I'm finding this method for support painfully slow. It seems that once a day, in the morning, you log in and reply to a single question I have. This reply may prompt another question from me, but I then have to wait a further 24hrs for a reply.
I appreciate you can not spend all day replying to support requests, but UIkit for RW is a complex framework which relies heavily on classes to use, and in the absence of any real support docs, asking you directly seems to be the only way to get help.
For instance, I have a new problem this morning: Getting the elements in a grid to align both vertically and horizontally. I have read both your docs, and the docs on the UIkit sit,e and both more or less just say "do this, then do this, and it will work", but it's not. I've spent hours this morning trying all different combinations of classes, flex stacks, and so on. Nothing is working for me.
So I can post screenshots now, explaining the issue. You might then ask a further question tomorrow morning, I reply and then it's another 24hrs for a reply back from you, and so on. This is simply too painful a process to go thru for every question.
Being blunt: UIkit is way more complex than other frameworks, it's really good, but it's a steep learning curve, so support needs to be more than just a single reponse every 24hrs.
How can we resolve this?
